Situated on a corner of the pool area, which thanks to a tall, green hedge has great privacy. From the bath or lounging on one of the sun beds enjoying the stunning panoramic views. If it gets too hot in the sun, no problem, there is also an olive tree that provides plenty of shade .The region is famous for its arrosticini (grilled pieces of lamb or pork on a stick), olive oil of high quality and the true Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine which you can buy directly from the manufacturer. Restaurants offer also other Abruzzese specialties such as fresh fish, porchetta and the famous' Maccheroni alla ghitarra (pasta). The Catignano town is 365 meters high and is small but friendly. You'll find a baker, butcher, bank, two grocery shops, a cafe and bar-cafes. Within a few kilometers you'll find plenty of local restaurants. You can make beautiful walks in the area.
