The property, a former farm, is about 7km from Loftahammar in the Västerviks municipality right in the Baltic Sea skerries. The rustic house with modern furnishing can accommodate seven people and is ideal for families with children. The spacious living and dining room has a sofa suite with armchairs, satellite TV including German channels and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. It also has another dining table with chairs. There is also a laundry room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a four-bed room (two single beds and a bunk bed) divided by a partition. Therefore a total of seven people can be accommodated.

The private bay by Horsö Brygga has a new and private mooring for the use of all guests. The property has its own ca. 1.5km stretch of coast and fishing rights. It is about an 800-metre walk along a path to the boat harbour, or along a country road. Fishing is permitted from the coast by boat without a fishing permit. Fishing or leisure boats can be hired from the owners for trips into the skerries. The forest if full of mushrooms and berries in season.
