From the cloakroom you can access one of the two south-facing sun terraces and, one floor below, the heart of the house. There you will find a cosy living room with a dining area, as well as an open kitchen with electric cooker and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, various kitchen appliances and plenty of crockery. As a further amenity, the landlords provide you with a Nespresso coffee machine free of charge. From this room you can watch the crackling fire in the tiled stove (automatic shut-off). From every window you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, up to the Falkertspitze. Furthermore, an open arch leads you into the living area, which has a spacious lounge area with satellite TV, telephone and small music system. Here you can also warm yourself by the tiled stove. There is also an infrared cabin, a WC and a shower on this floor. have.
