The house is situated in a beautiful spot about one and a half kilometres above Flattach. Thanks to its ideal location, there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning.The ground-level exit takes you to the sun terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the large garden. You will find plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs and a beautiful pergola to celebrate a nice summer party with your friends or family. The plot is approx. 1700 square metres in size and therefore offers enough space for your children to really let off steam. The large bathroom has a double washbasin, bathtub, extra shower, bidet and a washing machine. There is also a separate WC in the flat. The holiday flat also has underfloor heating and shutters. There is parquet flooring in the living rooms and bedrooms.The village with its shopping facilities is approx. one and a half kilometres away.If required, a cot, high chair and changing mat can be provided.
