This is intended to cover damage to property in the event of breakage or nuisance to neighbours in the event of disturbance at night. Night-time disturbance is strictly forbidden and may be the subject of a full retention of the deposit and a complaint to the gendarmerie.As the area is inhabited all year round, music and noise outside are prohibited after 11pm.
