There is also a large living room with a large dining table, 6 chairs, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, display cabinet and 75-inch Smart TV. From the living room you can access the balcony with table and six chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with four-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge with freezer compartment and ice cube dispenser. There is a direct sea view from the living room, balcony and kitchen! A staircase leads to a further living/bedroom on the 2nd floor. This is furnished with two sofas, which can also be used as a single bed. There is also a 1.40 m double bed (please note: access to the bed with a maximum headroom of 1.70 m). The property borders on a military base. The ferry harbour Puttgarden is approx. 2 km away, Fehmarn's capital Burg with shopping facilities approx. 8 km. Fehmarn has a golf course and a water ski centre.At the moment there may be noise pollution on the side facing away from the sea due to a building site.
