Discover the idyllic ambience of our cosy 3-room holiday flat in an old manor house, located on the first floor for non-smokers. With a generous space of around 90 square metres, this flat is ideal for up to 4 people plus an extra bed option for 2 more people and a small child. Completed in 2019, it has its own entrance and a parking space right outside the front door - a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.

The interior leaves nothing to be desired: An inviting living room with upholstered furniture, sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio and WiFi for relaxing evenings, a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, ceramic hob, oven, fridge (without freezer compartment), microwave and various other kitchen appliances including a small freezer. For a good night's sleep, there is a bedroom with a double bed and tiled stove and a children's/guest room with two 90x200 cm beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC, not to mention the cosy warmth of the central heating.

Outside you will find an idyllic garden seating area with barbecue facilities and a bicycle stand in front of the property. Enjoy the peace and space of the large property, which gives the manor house a particularly peaceful location. Bicycles for men and women available for rent directly at the property. This is the ideal starting point for outdoor activities.

The area surrounding the holiday flat offers a mixture of rural tranquillity and proximity to exciting destinations. Kramerhof is located on the outskirts of Stralsund, just 4 kilometres away. The island of Rügen, the Strelasund and the Baltic Sea beach are within easy reach and offer a wide range of leisure activities from water sports to cycling tours. Anglers will find plenty of opportunities for their hobby in the Strelasund, and it is also possible to launch boats via the water sports club in Parow. The region also offers a wide range of sporting and cultural activities.
