With its breathtaking location, it is the ideal starting point for your adventures.Inside you will find a tasteful and comfortable interior of approx. 140 m², ideal for 1 to 7 people. The centrepiece on the first floor of around 108 m² comprises three bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with satellite TV and dining area. An additional bedroom and a living area are located on the ground floor. Two bathrooms - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub that also invites you to take a shower - complete the space on offer. There are also amenities such as a travel cot, a high chair and free Wi-Fi to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The outdoor area impresses with a roof terrace measuring more than 30 m², which invites you to barbecue, sunbathe and relax. Enjoy the wonderful view over the village to the forest. Although there is no garden, your four-legged friend is very welcome here.The surrounding area of Mauth offers something for everyone: hiking trails right on the doorstep, an idyllic bathing lake, the Bavarian Forest National Park with animal enclosure and treetop path, as well as cross-country skiing centres and ski runs just a few minutes away by car. Shopping facilities, banks, restaurants and the cultural offerings of the three-river city of Passau are also within easy reach.
