The flat is at ground level with direct access to the terrace and garden. The living room with kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with oven, dishwasher and microwave etc.). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is bright and comfortable and has a washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, towel dryer and WC.
