This studio was renovated in 2018 and is located on the first floor. It has a combined living room and bedroom. The bed consists of either a double mattress (1.60m x 1.90m) for two people or two single beds next to each other (0.80m x 1.90m). Next to it you will find a table with two chairs, a bedside table, a shelf for your utensils plus a wall mirror and a wardrobe for your clothes. The kitchenette has a 2-ring hob, coffee machine, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a kettle. You will also find a flat-screen satellite TV with local and foreign channels (including German channels depending on reception), telephone, air conditioning and a hire safe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washbasin. Your air conditioning (bedroom and living area) can provide both cooling and heating. The studios are decorated in different colours, orange or green, take your pick. The speed of the free Wi-Fi in your accommodation depends on the number of other guests who are logged in.A small balcony with garden furniture is at your disposal.
