Casa do campo laranja is a stylish and cosy country house. It is located in a quiet area of the "Zona Verde", surrounded by orange groves. A smaller neighbouring house adjoins it. There is a 10, 000 m² plot of land and plenty of parking space.During the renovation in 2011, the focus was on quality (e.g. thermal insulation). Despite high temperatures in midsummer, the temperature inside the house remains very pleasant - even without air conditioning.On the ground floor there is a large living room: dining area with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. A room with a metal double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (for 2 people) is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door. From the kitchen you can access the sheltered patio, where the outside staircase to the roof terrace is located. Garden furniture is available.An internal staircase leads from the living room/kitchen to an approx. 15 m² gallery room (1st floor) with a large sofa and direct access to the roof terrace.On the ground floor there are 2 separate sleeping areas with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a metal double bed (1x140 cm; 1x 180 cm). The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and large fridge incl. freezer compartments. The house can be heated in the low season (central heating).Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with pots, crockery, cutlery and some kitchen utensils, such as cooking spoons, spaghetti spoons, can opener, grater, garlic press, Tupperware.The centre of Algoz as well as various beaches, shopping and nightlife options can be reached quickly by car (approx. 5-20 minutes). A zoo/leisure park "Krazy World" with a large pool area, exotic animals, entertainment shows, mini-golf course and restaurant is only 200 metres from the house (approx. 5 minutes on foot). 156016/AL
