The central point of the house is the large lounge (living area) with a cosy sofa, a flat-screen TV hanging on the wall and the adjoining dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a further lounge with adjoining study or playroom round off the interior. The washing machine is located in the wash house and is for communal use.The complex, and therefore for communal use, also includes a seating lounge in the garden - also with sea views and a summer kitchen with barbecue terrace in the upper garden area.
