This holiday villa is located in the town of Maspalomas, an exclusive residential area on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday with friends or family and for exploring the island. The ground floor hosts the bright and airy living area with marble tile flooring which is furnished with large modern cream leather sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen smart TV. You will find a large glass table with six matching chairs at the outside terrace area. The fully fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and an additional dining area with a round glass table and chairs.
