The private, screened and solar-heated 8 m x 4 m pool (continuous water depth 1.60-180 m) is for your exclusive use. Solar pool heating in combination with a special, heat-storing pool cover enables year-round use. The pool is checked and cleaned weekly by our property manager.Thanks to its structural layout, two guests feel just as comfortable in the property as families with up to eight people plus a small child. Please refer to the floor plan for the layout of the rooms. The minimum occupancy is 2 persons, the minimum rental period is 7 days. When booking, please let us know how you would like the room and bed occupancy to be arranged. Occupancy by more than 8 persons including children is not permitted. The property is at your exclusive disposal without any other "foreign" guests. We have compiled a selection for you in a guest folder in the house. In addition to culture and architecture, the numerous fishing villages and hidden bays are also ideal for excursions, as are the typical local markets on Lanzarote.
