The region has many other summer activities to enjoy, such as 120 kilometers of marked mountain-biking routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike run, summer roller-sledge run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 mountain railways, aerial cableways and ski lifts offer an invitation to enjoy great fun in the Jungfrau Region. The tree areas of, Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn offer over 200 kilometers of pistes, with a choice of thrilling or easy downhill runs. Non-skiers are well created for with 100 kilometers of winter-walking trails. The region is also a paradise for sledding fans.
