It is located in the lively centre of the beautiful holiday resort, the small town of Daun. The outdoor area of the house includes a 45 square metre terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The terrace borders the busy street to the front and a small park to the side. Due to the central location of the house (road traffic), the terrace is enclosed by a fence and hedges. The separate entrance to the house leads into the house from the street via the terrace.
