The harbour promenade is only about 200m away (Edeka & Café opened in May 2018), the harbour is only 300m away (the beautiful 5km long sandy beach is only 1400m away.Of course, your four-legged friend is also welcome here. A very comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 150x200cm) is suitable for 2 more guests and you wake up with a direct view of the water. The holiday home has underfloor heating and elegant, white double-glazed plastic windows with blackout blinds in the bedrooms and living room.Pure relaxation...enjoy the view of the sea from your roof terrace or the two balconies and terraces on the upper floor and ground floor. The lounge area on the roof terrace is also ideal for sunbathing, while on the ground floor you can have breakfast with a sea view or simply let your mind wander. You can use a free parking space directly in front of the house. There is a separate storage room for your bicycles.
