You can relax under the almond trees on the garden loungers in the shade or soak up the sun on the lawn.Lovingly furnished, you can expect a sophisticated living ambience on more than 90 square metres of living space. A spacious living area with a beautiful dining area and the typical open Canarian roof construction give the house a special charm. The finca is equipped with Internet, German SAT TV, Internet with Wlan and radio. A home cinema stereo system with five DVD/CD/MP3 players is available for listening to music. The kitchen with its traditional curved wooden beams and beautiful worktop will tempt you to cook. Equipped with a three-burner ceramic hob and electric convection oven, you can cook or bake anything your heart desires. A fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and blender are provided, as well as pots, cutlery and crockery for up to 8 people. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, allow up to 4 people to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The beds measure 2.00 m x 1.50 m (double bed) and 2.00 m x 0.90 m (single beds). The spacious bathroom, furnished with exquisite tiles, is a real wellness oasis. The domestic hot water is heated by a solar system. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living area, which provides cosy warmth. The surrounding beaches can be reached by car within 20 to 45 minutes. Puntagorda, with its shops, various restaurants, an outdoor pool and a bank, is just 5 minutes away. 300 metres above the house is the sparse pine forest, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
