The holiday home Cubells is located at the entrance to Cala d'Or, in a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a large supermarket very close to the house and the centre of Cala d'Or is only 500 m away.With its white exterior walls, the Cubells holiday home is in the traditional Ibiza style. It has a large entrance terrace as well as a further covered terrace at the rear and a small, well-kept garden with a round pool. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped American kitchen. There is also one of the bedrooms with direct access to the garden and a bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a balcony. The bedrooms on the upper floor share a modern shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and 21:30 to 9:00.From the entrance terrace and also via the first bedroom you reach the garden with covered terrace, a brick barbecue and the round pool (4 m diameter, depth 1.5 m) for exclusive use.
