Cala D'Or has a pedestrianised area full of restaurants, cafés, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. There are also several sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D'Or and Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera. The small villages of S'Horta and Calonge with local shops, a bakery and very good restaurants are approx. 2 km away.Casa Jardi is a beautiful two-storey country house in classic style with spacious rooms. The outside area is very spacious with a large garden with lawn and tall palm trees. From the main entrance, the entrance hall leads to the lower level with guest toilet and spacious living room with access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Next to the living room is the dining room. On the other side is the kitchen with a breakfast table and access to the pool area. The ground floor has two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a nice rustic touch, double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the outside. Close to this bedroom is the laundry room, which also has access to the outside. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms; one with a double bed en suite bathroom with bathtub and French doors leading to a partially covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area and pool area. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and an en suite shower room. These bedrooms have access to the terrace from the hallway.The outside area is spacious and beautifully landscaped with pine trees, an old wild olive tree and a large, well-kept garden with lawns and tall palm trees that provide pleasant shade on the hottest summer days. There is plenty of space for children to run around and play. Behind the living room is a large covered terrace with a seating area, table and chairs for dining. The centrepiece is the beautiful curved pool with a partially submerged decorative stone in the middle. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace with an ornamental fountain and sun loungers, the ideal place to relax and enjoy the long, sunny summer days. In one corner of the terrace there is another covered terrace with a brick-built built-in barbecue, a sink and a table with benches for al fresco dining.
