From here you can also access the beautifully furnished balcony with lovely views of the sea and La Gomera. The washing machine is located in a small separate utility room. There is also a separate storage room for drying laundry. The flat has a very quiet fan in every room for the hot days and good ventilation, as well as air conditioning.All shopping facilities are nearby, yet it is not a noisy place.
