It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), as well as a private bathroom / WC (in the corridor) and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and the third bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90m) share a bathroom/WC. A large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living/dining room. In the direction of St Tropez there is also a park with various bouncy castles where children can spend their time. Our sporty guests also have the opportunity to practise various sports in the immediate vicinity. The Ste Maxime golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes. Horse lovers can also pursue their hobby in the neighbourhood. There is also a tennis court within easy reach and, of course, water sports enthusiasts will not miss out either. Windsurfing is possible on numerous beaches in the area (e.g. directly in front of the house on the beach of "La Garonette"). Kitesurfers can reach the kite zone on the beach of "St Aygulf" within approx. 10 minutes. There are also various beaches where you can hire a jet ski and take it out to sea.
