The Residence is located in a quiet position and just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, an expanse of fine sand with dazzling colours and clear blue waters, repeatedly awarded the 'Blue Flag'.The flat is equipped with: TV, microwave, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen and towels (first supply) air conditioning, WI-FI (use is subject to restrictions), balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. In addition, inside the flat you will find a beach umbrella to take with you for your days on the beach. The two-room apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with induction hob, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Inside the residence there is a lift for easy access to the flats and an internal garage. From the modern marina, it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena Island.For all your needs, you can go to the reception office, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. To collect your keys, check-in is available daily from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. For their return, check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property in order to issue the KEY BOX code for key collection.
