The cosy 2-room holiday flat with a covered terrace of 12 m² and a private garden of approx. 70 m² is located in the Casa Bianca house above Vira.The house, built in the Ticino country house style, is part of the Residenza Viramonte holiday complex. Six houses are spread over a well-kept hillside plot of around 16, 000 square metres. Due to its elevated position, flat number 13 offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the opposite side of the lake from Locarno to Tenero.The 60 m2 flat offers space for a maximum of four people. The interior is characterised by a combination of original and modern furnishings. In the high, light-flooded rooms, you will quickly leave everyday life behind you. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m) and a spacious wardrobe as well as direct access to the covered terrace.The living room is furnished with two high-quality sofa beds, a round dining table and a TV/radio.In the kitchen, which is open to the living room, you will find everything you need for cooking.
