The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is integrated into the large living room. From here you have direct access to the sun terrace with garden furniture. All our holiday flats are non-smoking flats.The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play.The garden includes terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden.The children's playground for our younger guests is equipped with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. Lake Neuensien is approx. 400 metres from our accommodation.
