The brightly tiled ground floor features a modern cooking and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and direct access to the loggia. The covered outdoor area offers a cosy day bed, a dining table and outdoor speakers. Enjoy the view of the garden, pool and sea in a stylish atmosphere. The ground floor also has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.80 metres in width, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, which has teak parquet flooring throughout, you will find a spacious living area with panoramic windows. From here you can access the surrounding covered roof terrace.
