This is a newly built one-room apartment of 35m², with a 10m² mezzanine level and an 11m² balcony. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is on the second floor. Accessible with lift from the underground garage.The mezzanine level has a double bed, there is a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower, WC, bidet and balcony with seating.Swimming pool: Unfortunately, there have been some unpleasant news: On July 6th, 2020, we were informed by our condominium manager that due to the large delays on the remediation works for the pool caused by COVID-19 and the new restrictions from the authorities concerning the same, the swimming pool will stay closed this year. We are sorry for the inconvenience. The nearest beach “Marina di Orosei” can be reached by car, bike or in a 20 minutes’ walk alongside the river “Cedrino”.
