In keeping with our family's philosophy, the apartments have been planned and realised with attention to detail. The accommodation offered here offers 1 room for 2 persons (including kitchenette, dining table, 2 chairs, furnished terrace or balcony and a bathroom with shower. All accommodation is tastefully furnished in Sardinian style to a high standard and fully equipped.

The Solevacanze holiday flats also offer air conditioning, which can provide the necessary freshness in summer and cosy warmth in winter, and satellite TV with German channels. The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue. 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream parlour, 2 children's playgrounds and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches for almost 15 km to the east, are all within easy walking distance. The Residence Solevacanze, like our holiday homes Sa Fiorida, is nestled in a beautiful landscape in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (a small town dating back to the 11th century). Due to its quiet but central location, there are many things to do in addition to relaxing on site.

Enchanting beaches of fine sand, pebbles, shells or rocks, which invite you to swim, as well as numerous excursion destinations in the unspoilt, picturesque countryside, visits to charming and interesting villages and pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and relaxing holiday. 400 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in northern Sardinia. The main town of Valledoria is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, specialist doctors, supermarkets.....Both in La Ciaccia and in Valledoria all facilities are open all year round.
