The idyllic fishing village and seaside resort of Porto Colom is approx. 7 km away and should definitely be visited. On the way there you will see the Vall d'Or golf course on the left.Garrovers de S'Horta is a two-storey, spacious house in the countryside. On the ground floor is the open-plan living and dining area with a charming corner fireplace. From the living area there is access to a terrace with marvellous views across the fields to the sea on the horizon. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast table and access to the outside area. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, the other has a separate bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath. One of the bedrooms leads to a utility room with washing machine. On the upper floor there is a further double bedroom and a shower room. Each has its own terrace overlooking the pool.The outside area is spacious and well maintained. The entrance area features charming green areas, a small fish pond and Mediterranean plants. At the rear of the house, the view stretches past fields with almond trees to the sea in the distance. The pool with sun terrace is located here and a beautiful brick barbecue area makes barbecue dreams come true. A table tennis table completes the offer.The pool table is not available.
