It is located in a quiet area in the countryside. The landlady lives five minutes away by car. The house is well suited for couples or families, pets are allowed, all windows are equipped with shutters and mosquito/fly nets, the property is fenced off from the property presentation path by a natural stone wall. Only five kilometres away you will find the most beautiful beaches of the island (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Ets Estanys, Es Dolç) and not much further away the many romantic bays of the south-east coast (Cala Llombarts, Cala Santanyi, Cala S'Amonia, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó). Also within five kilometres you will find various supermarkets for shopping and several good restaurants. A golf course is 25 km away. After a few 100 metres you come to the large salt pans (bird sanctuary - guided tours by appointment).
