There are also 3 spacious and bright double bedrooms on the ground floor. One with 2 single beds, direct terrace access and en suite bathroom, the other two, one with a double bed, the other also with 2 single beds, share a shower room with walk-in shower. This shower room is handicapped accessible. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. There are 2 large double bedrooms on the upper floor. Both are equipped with single beds and en suite shower rooms and each has a small covered terrace where you can relax in the evening and gaze at the beautiful starry sky. When you get up in the morning, you are greeted by a unique view over the countryside with almond trees, the beautiful church of Santanyi and the island of Cabrera. The 12m x 4m pool with a depth of 1.00m - 1.75m and Roman steps invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the sun loungers dotted around it are perfect for sunbathing. A covered terrace entwined with bright bouganvilleas is the focal point for summer meals in the open air, as here you will find the outdoor kitchen with a large sink, a large, brick-built barbecue and beautiful outdoor furniture that invites you to cosy barbecue evenings. The property is separated by the dry stone walls so typical of Mallorca and offers children plenty of space to play and run around. The pool can be fenced off on request.
